OUR STORY
Urethane Polymers International, Inc. (UPI) is a manufacturer of high-performance waterproofing and flooring products. The engineered systems may utilize polyurethane, polyurea, acrylic or epoxy coatings to waterproof and protect concrete, wood, and masonry substrates. The traffic bearing systems are used for pedestrian, vehicular, and roof deck applications.
UPI works with Architects, Specifiers, Consultants, Contractors, and Building Managers to ensure products are used efficiently for the right projects.
Founded back in 1971, UPI has been serving customers for more than 50 years. UPI continues to provide products with the latest waterproofing technology and advances in engineering. UPI manufactures coatings under the strictest environmental standard in the country and contributes to sustainability goals. We manufacture all products at our company’s facility in Fontana, California.
